As a result, we have invested in the 4 Site Hub, an all-in-one, quick and simple learning and development platform, which will help our business train, develop and engage with our people. It is especially important to us, as 4 Site Security grows and develops, that we look after our colleagues, keeping them and our values at the heart of our business.
#Together with Eloomi SaaS (Software as a Service) company, a bespoke, robust and intuitive platform has been developed and programmed for 4 Site Security. This software will provide support in the following areas:
- inductions and onboarding
- customised training
- recording and storing of training records
- toolbox talks
- annual surveys
- appraisals
- communication of bulletins and notices
- team collaborations
- accessing policies and procedures
From November, the 4 Site Hub is being rolled out across the business with full training and support, site visits and user guides. The 4 Site Hub can be accessed from mobiles, tablets and desktops and will be available in app form too.
